As you are aware late last night, we received the list of critical key workers, during today we have been collecting the information from the parents to establish the staffing requirements during this difficult time.
We are here for all critical key workers and the staff will support families in any additional Emergency Childcare that is needed.
Looking at the numbers collected, every setting will remain open and the staff will be working to cover the children ratios and continue to follow the EYFS curriculum.
We have made a company decision to pay all our staff full pay during the month of April, regardless to how many hours they are needed to work with the reduced demand. I hope you agree everyone has been working tireless to keep the settings open regardless of their own personal circumstance.
We ask for your patience regarding April Fees and an update will be released as soon as possible, We are an ethical company and will support our families with non-attending children, “these are parents that do not come under the critical key workers list” Any families using the setting as normal will be charged full fees.
April Direct Debit payments due will not be processed until after our announcement next week, regarding non – attending children.
Although most of our families will not be with us in nursery, we want to take this opportunity to join all our settings and create ourselves a community within the families we have through our OurSchoolsApp.
We want to keep in contact with our families and to help you continue to educate your children whilst they are with you at home. Therefore, from April, we shall be providing activities, ideas, experiences and suggestions for things you can join in with or complete whilst at home with your children.
We thank you for your patience, understanding and support during this challenging time.
