This beautiful purpose-built nursery, rated Good by Ofsted (March 2022), is set within a converted barn complex, boasting fully air-conditioned rooms, an all-weather outdoor play area and onsite forest school facilities, overlooking a picturesque landscape.
We offer a broad range of activities for children from birth to 5 years, to explore and expand their natural curiosity and learn through play.
The children will actively go out into the local community and walk around Fazeley Memorial Square with the fishery and nature reserve within walking distance.
Our fabulous nursery has a wonderful team of early years practitioners, with a wealth of experience in providing quality care and education. Your child is allocated a ‘Key Person’, and this member of staff is the main care giver for your child, as well as being the main point of contact for your family. This is the start of us building a collaborative relationship between nursery and home life.
We promote close parent partnerships and provide daily updates and photos about your child’s routine and activities through our online parent portal.

Hello, my name is Gemma, and I joined Footsteps in November 2014 as the Nursery Manager.
We are very fortunate at our nursery as we share our surroundings with a beautifully picturesque landscape and views of the Fazeley canal, and receive regular visits from the local wildlife.
I am Level 3 qualified in childcare, and being a mother of three, I relate to and understand our families’ requirements at nursery, always remembering the little extras that go a long way.
My passion is childcare and working alongside my team and continuing to develop our nursery in new and exciting ways.
Our fantastic nursery and team build on the real-life environment we promote with the children, showing the true meaning of awe and wonder in their play, and supporting the children to discover new skills each day in a safe, secure, and encouraging environment.
